Privacy Notice

Manning's Alumni Association collects the personal data on its membership and donation forms in order to administer membership, collect subscriptions and donations, issue receipts, and communicate with past students about Association business.

What we hold

Name, name while at school, email address, telephone number, year of leaving, last form, chapter, country of residence, occupation, subscription and donation history.

Lawful basis

Your consent, given when you submit a form, and the legitimate interests of the Association in maintaining its register.

Who sees it

Only the Executive and officers who need it to do their work. Your name and year of leaving appear in the public year-group listing only if you tick that box. Contact details are never published.

How long

For as long as you remain on the register, and for seven years after your last subscription or gift so that the Association can meet its accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your record, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent to the public listing, or ask to be removed from the register. Write to .
